How can I get a refund on a film? I am unable to watch it, it says that On Demand is unavailable?
Just phone up, they have equipment that can tell if the film has been played right through or not. They will also help with the fault.

Apologies to hear that you are having an issue watching a movie you purchased from On Demand.
Whenever there is a fault, you need to let us know asap so we can resolve it.
If you've paid for the movie then obviously we would look at refunding it but you need to let us know within the 24 hours of renting it.
