How the **** do you leave Virgin when they won't answer the phone?
I am so frustrated I want to scream!
I have been on hold 4x now this evening for 15 mins each time, and I keep getting cut off.
It seems there is no way to cancel the service other than speaking with someone, is this true?
I can't find an email address or even a postal address to contact, and I can't do it from within the login page.
The removed have set it up so within your account you can only upgrade, not cancel your package.
I didn't actually want to cancel my package originally, just change it, but now I'm so furious I just want rid of this disgusting company that makes it IMPOSSIBLE to leave them. I am a removed prisoner and I HATE THEM.
