I left Virgin on the 16th of November and have not recieved a refund yet.
They took the December amount and they have calculated that about 7 pounds are to be refunded from Novembers amount.
So I am expecting about 45 pounds, the woman on the phone said it would be refunded by cheque so I cancelled my Direct Debit.
What should I expect from the process?

All final balances are sent out once the account has been closed for 35 days.
I have taken a look at this and can see your cheque refund was despatched on the 23rd Dec.
