How do I leave Virgin Media without having to phone and waste time trying to speak to somebody?
We have had no broadband since the weekend. We have had no calls or texts advising of any problems. I have taken this week off to work online on a web project with my daughter. I have phoned many times and after waiting 10-15 minutes I get cut off without speaking to anybody. When I did get to speak with somebody I was told that the service had a minor intermittent fault which is being looked at. They will keep me updated with the problem. The online service tests have said every day that "the service has a problem and will be fixed in 10 minutes".
It is not acceptable to have no internet for 3 days without any support, any contact or any explanation.
I now just want to close my account without having to phone and waste more time and move to another company that at least make an effort to get you back on line.
My question: Is there a simple way of closing my account online?
