How can I complain to VM customer retention in writing
I called VM customer retention department on 14 December 2016 and spoke to Stacey about 5 properties where we pay the VM bills. She agreed to discount all 5 of my VM identical packages to £30 pcm bit only implemented on 1 of the 5 accounts. When I phone they are always reluctant to discuss multiple accounts so I want to know who I can write to for correct action.

Thanks for your reply - however I'm happy to report that the Team Manager in Stratford had responded to my letter today by email AND made the changes to all my accounts as requested. There's just one small correction required to the 5th account where one of my discounts has been omitted. I've also used the direct email address as an opportunity to raise some questions around the difficulties I have logging in to my multiple accounts. The problem arose a few years back when we went over the 4 account maximum that can be linked to one email address. I dare say that question may need referred on, but it is VERY nice having a direct email address to correspond with and to think that a real person in Stratford is trying to help.
