All of those things can be dealt with by the Customer Relations Team. Ring 150 from a VM phone / 0345 454 1111 from any other phone -> Option 1 -> Verify your details -> From the menu choose Option 4 -> Option 5. On a Saturday this option is staffed between 8AM to 6PM (closed Sunday.) They can deal with hub activations/re-activations, refunds, etc, etc.
