House Move

Hi

Just moved house and arranged engineer to connect but VM chat advisor didn't pass on correct contact number to engineer. I'm now in Morocco till 27th Dec but need broadband urgently on return. Cannot get through to VM by phone numbers on website and I cannot reply to the emails they send.  Also live chat not available.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate the live chat function was not available when you were trying to contact us on the 21st Dec. If that was around the time you posted to us on the forums, then this was because they were not open at that time of day. Just so you have this for future reference their opening hours are below.

Day                   Open   Close

Monday           8am     8pm

Tuesday          8am     8pm

Wednesday    8am    8pm

Thursday        8am     8pm

Friday               8am     8pm

Saturday         9am     5pm

Sunday           Closed

I can see that you were installed with us just after Christmas and that is great.
