Just moved house and arranged engineer to connect but VM chat advisor didn't pass on correct contact number to engineer. I'm now in Morocco till 27th Dec but need broadband urgently on return. Cannot get through to VM by phone numbers on website and I cannot reply to the emails they send. Also live chat not available.
