Higher bill all of a sudden

 Hi,

i have just received my monthly bill and all of a sudden it has jumped over 5 pound's after i agreed a new yearly deal in October for the 200mb vivid broadband, which was to be 35.25 for 6 months then 38.50 pounds after that  for 6, i also purchased the Superhub 3 based on that agreement. i still have the Virgin media email receipt stating this,

The December bill is 40.62 with no changes made by me whatsoever, i have just come out of my phone contract with EE and i'm waiting to activate my phone as pay as you go so cannot ring at the moment,

Could someone from Virgin Media help please advise.

Compare the two bills and identify where the differences are and then, using your contract, discuss with Virgin Media.

I compared the bills, there is no difference or change,

I am going to contact them as soon as i am able.
