Hi mikkey1, As everything from Virgin is owned by Virgin and rented as part of your contract, I recommend you send anything from them back. They may send you a courier return box and labels if you call up I believe.

If theyve asked for your HUB back but you are keeping broadband on, that would seem to be an error. Call em up and confirm what EXACTLY they want returned, on 150 - or 0345 454 1111 if your VM phone line is already cancelled.
