Help

Hi just wondering I've cancelled virgin but keeping the Internet they've asked for all the stuff back but do I send the old inter hub back or keep it ? I've got the super hub 200

Hi mikkey1,
As everything from Virgin is owned by Virgin and rented as part of your contract, I recommend you send anything from them back. They may send you a courier return box and labels if you call up I believe.

Or if you have the original box(es) pack the gear and use the above link.  This may cost you 30p to print a label though.

Ive merged your posts as I assume they are about the same topic.

If theyve asked for your HUB back but you are keeping broadband on, that would seem to be an error. Call em up and confirm what EXACTLY they want returned, on 150 - or 0345 454 1111 if your VM phone line is already cancelled.
