Help. Can't access my account

Hi. Ive just tried to log into my e-bill and it's telling me that my account is a secondary account. When I follow the steps to rectify this it keeps bouncing me back saying my security answer is wrong. I know ìts not. It's driving me crazy. HELP!!!!!!!

hiya @judith-gibben so when using https://my.virginmedia.com/forgot-details/username it bounces back?, i would be making sure you delete cookies, temp files, or use private browsing session e.g. on google chrome press Ctrl + Shift + n, or other option would be to contact broadband support and they can advise you what the primary account is.
