Haven't received email confirming contract yet

Hi, when I signed up to Virgin Media they said I would receive an email confirming the details of my contract when I joined them. Unfortunately, because my email address was taken down incorrectly (I gave me details over the phone via my local Virgin store) I never received this email.

I've since phoned Virgin asking for them to resend this email to me, now I've given them my correct email address, but haven't received anything yet. Is this something that might take a few days?

I'm just wondering if anyone can help me with this, as it would be nice to have an email specifying the terms and the pricing of my new Virgin 12-month contract?

Ok, I phoned Virgin again and they've said they will said me out a letter containing my initial contract. It would have been nice to receive an email, but a physical letter will suffice. Thanks, Paul.
