Rejoined Virgin yesterday for broadband & TV. In the process have lost my landline phone number with EE & have a new phone number. Want to get my old phone number back, Engineers had difficulty with linking phone number but said nothing. To say I'm frustrated is putting it mildly. No response from 'consultant ' who sold me the rejoin. Can't get onto ' chat' Can't get to speak to a person. What can/do I do?
