Has virgin ever said they will pay anyone out of their contract with another provider? They promised that to me but they are now saying the person I dealt with hasn't put enough notes on my account! So I'm now left paying virgin and talk talk! Wish I had of just waited until my contract with talk talk was up instead of trusting virgin!

From time to time we do run promotions offering to pay early termination fees up to a certain amount however these are few are far between. More often than not, we'll credit your account with the amount and then you pay them.
The Customer Services team will be able to look in to this further for you. Give them a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and they can check if this promotion was running at the time you joined.
