I signed up for my contract which started on the 1st Dec 2016 and am still awaiting my Galaxy Tab E. It has been 28 days + 14 days and no sign of it yet, could you advise when it is likely to arrive. I have seen other messages where the forum team have filled in an exception form and wondered if this is the best way of getting it sorted?

The teams have popped an update onto your account today to say that this will be processed within 72 working hrs from tomorrow as they were aware this has not yet been processed for you.
If you can please allow us the additional 72 hrs from tomorrow which takes us to Tuesday of next week for delivery and if this is not received by Tues at the latest if you can pop back and confirm for us so we can escalate this further for you.
