Free speaker hasn't arrived

Hello i signed up to virgin media for the free speaker in start of march.

I have rang countless times to get it sent out and they keep saying that they have sent it out, ive wasted so much of my time to get this speaker.

I must of rang about 8 times

Can someone help me about this situation

As of yet noone has helped me at all about this speaker, but i have rang the customer rewards department 8 times and yet i see no speaker.

This is why ive took to the cummunity to see if i can find someone that can actually help me

Hi Rory,

 

Thanks for coming back to us on this and apologies to hear you're still waiting on receiving your speaker.  This can sometimes happen but we are more than happy to chase things up for you.

 

I have filled out an exception form for you and this has now gone over to the Rewards team. They will check your account to confirm eligibility and they'll come back to me. 

 

Once I hear back from the team, I shall let you know the outcome.

Thanks for your patience whilst I looked into this for you. The team have come back to me now and have confirmed eligibility. Smiley Happy

 

The next step is to send your details over to the company that provide the speakers and they will then arrange delivery of them. You've been added to the list that will be sent over on the 9th January. 

 

If you've still not received anything within 14 days. Come back and let me know Smiley Happy

Checking our tracker, we tried to deliver 3 times but as we were unsuccessful, this has now been returned. 

 

I've emailed the Head of the rewards team to see if we can re-arrange delivery for you.

Oh I didnt know it was even coming let alone been deliverd and i spoken to my other half and she said she hasn't had anyone knock the door about it,

I did pop a post here to let you know Smiley Happy Free speaker hasn't arrived

 

With the company that sends these out, after 3 failed delivery attempts they send it back to us so before we resend back to you we will need to sort a few extra things. 

 

Not to worry though you will get your hands on the speaker shortly. I'm just waiting for the Head of the Rewards team to come back to me confirming the dates Smiley Happy
