ive contact virgin customer support with no joy, had an email stating the gift would be delivered within 72 hours from the 7 Nov. Virgin are unable to tell me if it's still on route. Also unable to give a number to call. My wife has been at home for three days just waiting. I can't keep taking days off for a delivery not turn up!!!
My wife was at home for three days and no one attempted to deliver to our house. We where emailed that it would be delivered 72 hrs from 7th November. Could it delivered after 4pm on a weekday or even delivered on a Saturday. As neither of us can take any more time off work. Or could you deliver it to my work address, which you have on file as my mobile sim was delivered there.
OK, I've heard back from the team today and it looks as though we don't do deliveries on a Saturday. We'll need to arrange this for Monday - Friday. The hours in which they deliver will be between 9am - 5pm.
