First bill

Hi,

joined Virgin a week ago. I was referred by a friend, so I should get £50 and so should he, I received an email stating that the £50 is added. It's not.

also my first bill which is due on the 16th Feb is

£14.99 activation fee

£40 installation fee

2 x £37 monthly fee.

Surely this can't be correct, I'm getting charged for a full month and it's only a partial month

Re: First bill

Is this correct, I feel like I'm being taken for a mug. I've spoken on web chat, I may of well been speaking to my 7 yr old daughter.

Also should my £50 refer a friend be taken off for the first month.

i wasn't told about the activation fee £14.99 or the two months charge on the first month.

Im only getting 40mbs when I should be getting 100 mbs.

any help on this will be appreciated

thanks

Graham

Im also only getting 40mbs when I should be

Re: First bill

Hi willow336,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community Smiley Happy

Checking the account, no bills have been produced yet so we're not able to look in to this. You will only be charged from the date you were installed so it depends on what date you're billed from as to whether you pay a partial first month or a full month.

As for the refer a friend credit, this will be added to the account once the bill is produced.

If you need anything else, let us know.

Thanks,
