First Bill and Credit Limit

So I'm new to virgin media having had install on 24/10. I have had the billing process explained to me both by my technician and these message boards. I do understand the concept but I also received an email saying that I had been set a credit limit of £130.00. This is less than my monthly charges but my first bill (being nearly 2full months) will be over this amount. I want to avoid restriction in service and part pay this first bill (to keep below the £130) but when I log in online this doesn't appear to be an option. Help anyone?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community. It's great having you here and even better that you're being so proactive Smiley Happy

 

When logging in online to My Virgin Media you will be able to pay by selecting the make a payment option. This video will help explain how to do this: Making a payment within My Virgin Media

 

If the balance is still showing as Zero then the payment will put you in credit Smiley Happy
