Fiber all setup on the street, placed order and no callback in weeks
we recently moved in a new residential area in Cambridge. Is now 3 months that we got our new build property and approximately 1 month ago Virgin did install a Cabinet right next to our property.
We filled the form online for the first installation on virgin website (3 times), also a sales representative got an order with us, however he was not able to update us on the installation.
Now 3 weeks have passed, I tried to call Virgin asking for an estimated installation date with no luck.Sales team replied that they cannot do anything since is showing as "Not ready" for the sale to happen.
Yesterday our next door neighbour was the first to get a cable up to his property door.
Would it be possible to get an idea of when the installation on our property will take place ?
