Existing customer simply wants the best deal on Broadband only?
I tried phoning today to cancel services but got nowhere as usual.
The operator wasn't particularly helpful and I finished the call feeling that I'd achieved very little.
Most annoyingly was that I complained that me TIVO is as slow as a tortoise and he said 'Really, it must have a fault?' then I log in here to see that it is quite a common issue!
Anyway, I'm fed up paying £19 a month for a phone that is hardly ever used, especially as I have three Virgin Mobile accounts in addition. Somehow I've ended up on a Big Bang XL Tv package which I really don't need.
I'm told I'll be starting a new 12month contract if I change so I simply want the best deal for the 100mb (150mb) broadband service?? Can anyone tell what that might be?!
