Existing customer loyalty

A virgin salesman in town today was offering tv with movies and sport channels, phone and broadband with latest TiVo box for £55 for new customers

Ive been a customer for 10 years, have the medium package, no sport or movies channels, broadband and phone and pay £76 per month,

so much much for customer loyalty

Re: Existing customer loyalty

most companies will entice you with a deal to groom you into the contract. prices for that and in the future will go up much faster than a new deal offer. even if you threaten to leave and get a deal it will never be as good as those for newbies. gas electric sky virgin bt they all do it. it is a business model that works because despite martyn lewis banging on about changing providers for a better deal most can't be bothered even if they are unhappy with what they have got.
