Existing Customers

I have been with Virgin Media for 9 years+ I'm very unhappy that Vm Treats its existing customers very badly there is no reward for loyalty at all. You say you offer the best services and technology then you offer new customers massive incentives and discounts and if me an existing customer wants the latest package or technology (Hub 3 or the V6) you want to charge a very large amount of money for this its disgusting when i am paying a lot a month for the package I am on.

Have you ever called retentions to renegotiate your contract?
Once you're out-of-contract then this is the only way to get a better deal for staying.
