Equipment return

I cancelled my TV, phone and broadband contract over a month ago and Like MANY other customers I am yet to receive my returns packaging.

I need it asap as i will me moving home in the next couple of weeks.

If you can not get obe to me in the next 2 weeks, please advise me as to what I should do ie. providing my ownpackagjng to return it in.

Please respond promptly!
