After 3 months, no voucher has been received. No virgin or edenred can solve this issue. Misleading advertising to take them to court for breaking rules of a contract. I tried to call them and the service was useless. Virgin told me to contact edenred,**bleep**. I got the contract with Virgin so they should deal with it and solve thw problem. Very unhappy customer. I am wasting my time chasing thia voucher Rip off from Virgin. Really thinking to close my account as they dont deserve a peny Anyone else with the same issue?

I've been helping you with this via private message and did ask to let me know if you still hadn't received it within 7 days. The 7 days doesn't run out until next Monday so keep checking your inbox as well as your spam folders until then.
