EdenRed Voucher

Hi,

I received an email regarding an EdenRed voucher on 17 August and 28 days have long since passed and I have still to receive any communication regarding this voucher.

Has anyone else had this problem and how did you go about resolving it?

I'm sorry to hear you've not yet received your vouchers. This can sometimes happen but we are more than happy to give this the once over.

 

I have filled out an exception form for you and this has now gone up the ranks of our 'haunted house' over to the Rewards team. They will check your account to confirm eligibility and they'll come back to me. 

 

Once I hear back from the 'monsters', I shall let you know the outcome.

Hi Kathleen, thanks for your reply. I have the email that came when I signed. Does that not signify eligibility? It was also part of the sign up offer.

Thanks for coming back to me on this one. 

 

When ever the vouchers haven't been sent we have an internal process to follow before asking you, the customer, to send in proof of the offer. 

 

If the Rewards team do come back and say you're not eligible, we can then arrange for you to send us the email confirmation as proof you were offered the vouchers. 

 

Leave this with us for now and I'll be in touch soon.

The team have come back to me and have confirmed eligibility. 

 

The next step is to send your details over to the company that provide these vouchers. This was done yesterday for you. You should keep an eye on your email inbox as well as the junk/deleted folders. 

 

If you've still not received anything within a week, come back and let me know Smiley Happy

The team have come back to me and advised that this was sent on the 7th November. It was delivered successfully but is still waiting to be redeemed.
