Ebilling

Payed most of my bill 7 days ago has not shown on my ebill.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's nice having a new face in the Community Smiley Happy 

 

This can sometimes happen when not paying via Direct Debit. The outstanding balance will update when your next bill is produced though. 

 

Checking the account I can see that the payment has gone through for you Smiley Happy
