I am moving house in a months time and have found out that the new property is not supplied with Virgin services. I have cable and broadband at my current house and am 6 months in to 12 month contract.
I understand that the only way is for me to cancel my contract, however, a month in to my contract virgin increased the cost of my monthly payments. Can I therefore cancel and avoid the cancellation fee?
It is only now that I have seen that virgin increased my monthly fee having gone back and looked at my contract and bills.
Any advice is appreciated, I will be calling up virgin as soon as I can.
