This is more of a "help line" post as opposed to a question, regarding Virgin Medias outrageous cancellation fees and poor customer service to go with it.
I have recently won a case against Virgin Media through the CISAS and the outcome is applicable to any one in the same position as I was with a media bundle contract.

I have removed your duplicate post on this subject. Please don't make duplicate posts. If users or staff try to reply it gets hopelessly confusing. I know you want to, understandably, shout out about your success but that is not the way to do it.
