Downgrading

Hi I have been put on short hours while things are quiet.

I need to save money.

how can I downgrade until things pickup  hopefully

Call 150 from a VM phone / 0345 454 1111 from any phone -> Option 1 -> Confirm your details -> Option 4 -> then either Option 2 or Option 5 (option 5 is staffed less hours.)
