Downgrading

Hi everyone, just wondering how easy it is to downgrade my package. Tried the live chat and the wait time is 27 minutes...

Thanks for taking the time to get in touch with us about the options to make changes to your package.

The options to look at downgrading your package can be done either via 150 or 0345 454 1111 or via Webchat  where our teams can clear security with you and work to resolve any issues you have with this support option.

I can see that since you posted to us you have been in touch which is fab and the teams have been able to complete the changes for you that you were looking for which is fab.
