Disgusting company demaning money that I didn't agree to

What a massive waste of time with these criminals who offer a package and then make a mistake and over charge you several times. Tonight I have recieved a massive bill and have been on the phone for 40mins only to be hung up on when transfered

OMBUDSMAN and legal action will be taken

With respect to billing issues we have to ask that our customers use the 2 secure methods of communication we use on a daily basis which are either to contact our teams via phone on 150 or 0345 454 1111 or to contact us on Webchat

I can see that you did call us on the 18th and managed to resolve this with one of my colleagues at the time which is great Smiley Happy
