I would like to discuss my current package. I feel that what I am paying is quite high, considering I can see there are definitely better deals available. For example, I have a phone line option but I never used the phone in the last 12 months. So maybe I can switch to a broadband only plan.

You can phone Retentions on 150 option 4 then 5. They can get you the best deal. Bear in mind that the landline brings with it a hefty discount on your broadband package. Take the landline off & you lose two thirds of this discount.
