Direct Debit

Hi, I have tried to set up direct debit by phoning customer services and by the website 1) filling in the web form and 2) clicking on send me a paper mandate. Neither website method work, I always get an error message and despite calls to customer services still no DD plus I get charged an extra £5 each month. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community. 

 

I'm sorry to hear you've not been able to set up a Direct Debit with us. In order to do this you need to have a £0 balance. 

 

Once your balance is at £0 you should be able to set up the Direct Debit right away. 

 

Just for you to know as well, we no longer charge a £5.00 handling fee. We've reduced this down to 45p. This has been the case ever since you joined us Smiley Happy
