Didn't receive returns bag

Hi 

I cancelled my account last week as I am moving to a non cabled area and have not received any notifications or the materials needed to return my equipment.

Can someone advise as I really don't want to go through the awful telephone helpdek again!

What kit do you have, as Virgin Media only want the Hub 3.0 and / or TiVo box back. If you have any older kit, you won't get returns packaging.

Thanks for dropping by regarding the collections packaging for the TiVo® box.

I can see that this has been re-requested for you on the 19th. These packs are sent out via Royal Mail business class and can take up to 10 working days to arrive.

Given the time of year and 3 Bank Hols, you may receive this anytime up to the middle of next week.

Please keep in touch if this doesn't arrive by then for you and we can escalate this for you.
