I need some help. I didn't receive my price increase letter in November so assumed that I wasn't part of the price increase. However, I have just checked my account and it seems I was part of the price increase.
However, because I didn't receive the letter I didn't receive the 30 day window to cancel my contract without penalty. I would like to cancel my contract due to a few things as well as the price increase.
I have spoken to the chat team and all they would offer me was a £5 credit to my account which I don't think is acceptable.
Can someone help with advice on how to escalate this.
You could try phoning the Retentions Team (UK based) during normal office hours ... 150 from a VM phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and follow the prompts 1 > 4 > 5 to 'Thinking of leaving us'.
