Why do VM give a better deal to those who "Leave" then get phoned back with a better offer.
A quick look at for example MSE "Virgin media retention deals" shows a wide variation in offers, some unbelievably great deals, why do VM let people who threaten to leave a better deal?
It is totally unfair that loyal customers have to pay more. Isnt it time that everyone got treated the same, surely its better in the end as you wont have to keep giving a "Better offer"?
I guess its because many customers chicken out and dont follow through with the disconnection
