It can take a while for the mods (nothing to do with The Who) a while to get round to these threads as there are so many of them. These posts are dotted around the forum and some contain before and after pics (always entertaining, not to mention that they do get fixed). Unfortunately it seems your picture hasn't been uploaded, as there would be a yellow triangle meaning your image would need approval (the same for all first time users) as detailed on this link: https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/help/faqpage/faq-category-id/participation#participation.
There is a dedicated number: 0330 333 0444 which according to this thread works a treat.
I've reported an open door cabinet via the suggested contact number 4 times (16th Sept 2017, 22nd Dec 2017, 4th March 2018 and most recently today, 19th March) and no follow-up response has ever come of it. Action is desperately needed (see pic) since this is both a longstanding eyesore and a danger, with a loss of service and more costly repair just a matter of time.
I've always been a happy Virgin Media customer, but the inability to do anything on this issue has dented my confidence in the company and I'd hesitate now to recommend Virgin to other people. Forum admins, please help restore my faith.
