why is virgin customer service so hard to contact , unable to resolve issues and so content on putting people on hold , I have been on the phone for and hour 40mins of that on hold . I have given up !!
After receiving letters of offers to sign over from sky i foolishly did . since then I have been getting lots of call from virgin asking if i will sign up , I have got sick of it told them never to call again !!!
The online account says one thing about install / customer services say another when i said just cancel it i was transferred again on hold for 10mins then given up !!! The online chat constantly says busy!!!
No one offers real apology or compensation for my time , delays or issues.
When / if they arrive to install the equipment will just tell them to go away . and go back to Sky
