Does anyone know a phonenumer for the '. Customer Escalation Line's in Manchester where you can actually speak to someone.? I got to them last week through the Hook near Basingstoke switchboard but today it is not available

Apologies to hear you've been left feeling as though you need to make a complaint. To speak to someone regarding this, the number is 150 / 0345 454 1111. All our agents are trained to resolve complaints no matter which site they're on and if you're still unhappy you can escalate via our complaints code of practice found here: Code Of Practice
