To whom it may concern could you please update my file with the credit report agency please. I have paid you in full anout 2 months ago and its still showing on my credit report. As default in payment whivh is not the case i have paid you in full many thanks.

In order to contact the teams with you details and do this in a secure method, if you could drop them an email directly for them to look into this and include:
Your name and the account address
The amount of the payment you made
Who you made the payment to- us or a 3rd party.
When this cleared from your bank account.
If you could email our Consumer Underwriting Team at firstname.lastname@example.org , they will then liaise with the relevant credit reference agencies Equifax and Experian to update this on your behalf. This can take up to 28 days from the point we receive the communication email from you.
