Credit file amendments

Hi,

 

Can anyone help me out, have recently had a mortgage declined due to 2 late payments on a Virgin account in 2015 relating to a period after I had moved out of the property. Called Virgin and spoke to a very nice lady who confirmed that there were messages on the account and that it did indeed look like I could get the situation resolved but that I needed to put it in writing to  creditfileamendments@virgin.co.uk

 

I did this over a week ago but have received no confirmation of receipt of email or any further details relating to my query. Does anyone have any other contacts for anyone else in this team that I can try?

Or try one more time via Email: creditfileamendments@virginmedia.co.uk

 

The only time they will make a change to the file though is if we've either defaulted the account by mistake or full payment is made.
