Every time I call customer service the insist that the only way to get credit files amended is to email the credit file amendment team. They then simply don't reply to the email.
What can I do to get this amended? They absolutely insist they won't do it over the phone (after hours of trying) and then just ignore my emails.
This is costing me time and money due to their error. What can I do in this situation? It is so unfair I am being stone walled by them. I am having trouble renting a flat and the worst thing is it was THEIR error which they had already admitted to at the time.

I have exactly the same problem! I have a default listed on my Experian report through Virgin Media! I have spoken to accounts who tell me it is a mistake and I don't have any balance outstanding, I was then told that I could only contact the credit amendments team via email, I emailed over a week ago and have heard nothing, so I'm gonna fill in the form too! Have posted elsewhere on here, but starting to get really concerned! How can a company lil Virgin Media take such action without first notifying the customer?
