Credit Account

If I'm in credit on my VM account, would the credit get took off my bill?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community. 

 

As mentioned by Stythinator, there is only one answer here and that is YES Smiley Happy 

 

If credit has been applied to your account after your bill has been generated but before your direct debit has been taken then the amount taken by direct debit will be the amount your bill is. If this is the case, call us before the direct debit comes out and we'll adjust the amount due to be taken. 

 

If your bill hasn't been generated then the next bill will automatically include the credit on the account so you will see a decrease Smiley Happy
