I've signed up for the player bundle but not had it installed yet.
I started my purchase through Virgin Media partners as our company has access through the corporate perks deals.
I noticed that when I confirmed my order that I didn't have any confirmation of the Samsung Galaxy Tab E or the £100 shopping voucher that was offered on the deal as I had to stop the deal half way through and sign up on my laptop as it hung on the credit check when trying to sign up on my iPhone.
Could you please confirm that either one of these has been added to my account and that I will receive my WOW points via our corporate perks?

As you've gone via an external site, you will need to refer to them for confirmation of the offer you've taken out. Once you have confirmation, if you don't receive the tablet or the vouchers (which ever you choose) then let us know and we can chase things up for you.
