Cooling Off Period

Hi,

My current contract with Virgin (TV, phone and broadband) recently came to an end.  I called up on Tuesday and have renegotiated a new deal for 9 months but I'm still not sure I'm happy as I have since found out that I was given wrong information.  I was wondering if this new contract is also subject to a 14 day cooling off period as I am considering leaving and going for Freeview only and sourcing another phone/broadband provider.

Re: Cooling Off Period

Yes, it's subject to a 14 day right to cancel. If you did so you'd revert to your previous services and minimum period state.
