It depends. If you're asking about a mobile, ring 789 or 0345 600 0789 or 150 and ask. If you're asking about a Broadband/Phone/TV contract ring 150 or 0345 454 1111.

Or ask via the WebChat from a laptop or desktop. Pick a category that is relevant, then a subcategory and then Chat online. Most option have a chat online option and will list the hours it is staffed. If all agents are busy, keep reloading the page every 2 to 3 minutes and check again.

If you knew how long you had left yon your contract (for Broadband/TV/Home phone contracts) you could have (manually) used this page to calculate it, link: http://www.virginmedia.com/shop/the-legal-stuff/terms-and-conditions-for-fibre-optic-services/early-...

If the fee was greater than £240 you wouldn't have to pay back anymore than £240.

Re: Contract

hiya @DKL18 welcome to the virginmedia community forum, to find out the date when your contract ends would need to have a chat with customer services via 150 / 0345 454 1111 due to issues of Data Protection, or could look out old paperwork..
and for the Early Disconnect Fees could look at -> http://www.virginmedia.com/shop/the-legal-stuff/terms-and-conditions-for-fibre-optic-services/early-...

p.s. ^^ what he said Smiley Wink
