Contract Email

Hello all,

Received an email today from 'Virgin Media via DocuSign'.

Not seen this before, and it asks me to digitally sign a new contract, so just wanted to check and make sure if anyone has experienced this, to make sure it is genuine.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Received the same when I upgraded my package - no problems.

Have you altered your package? If not  - then query it ... ZvnK ...

Hello Zvonok,

Many thanks for your prompt reply.

I did a small upgrade a while ago but nothing heard since then as it was all done on chat and they didn't mention a new contract, so as it came from a third party, just wanted to make sure.

Much appreciated, you've put my mind (or what's left of it :-) ) at ease.

I had the same on Wednesday to sign via docu sign. I queried it but there was nothing on the system​ on Wednesday evening. Have you queried it? I upgraded my speed on offer about a month ago told no new contract. Mistake?
