Re: Contacting virgin

Unable to get through to cancellations (surprise surprise) spent 3 x 20 mins so far today trying. I've had the "silent hold" treatment hoping that I give up, and have just been cut off whilst on hold!! Does anyone know of an alternative way to get through to these people via a different method? Or is it just worth sending them a letter and cancelling direct debit?

Re: Contacting virgin

Not sure if you have settled your queries but if not try contacting the CEO and saying you are taking your complaint to a outside ombudsman works wonders..     Good luck.
