Is there any other way, apart from snail mail or phone, that I can contact virgin to end my contract as I am sick of my broadband dropping and having to make expensive phone calls to get it fixed. I use the word "fixed" but it never is.
Really sorry to hear that you're thinking of leaving us. We're unable to accept cancelation requests via the Community, so I would need you to phone into our Customer Relations department to discuss this further.

Not Heather, but, either ring 150 from a VM phone / 0345 454 1111 from any phone -> Option 1 -> Verify your details when prompted -> Option 4 -> Option 5. Keep in mind the staffing hours of 8AM to 8PM M-F and 8AM to 6PM Sa.
