So today I notice my bill had gone up to £55 and decided to switch to BT. This partly due to not being offered new customer pricing along with shocking BB speeds at peak times with 80% or more slow down often experienced throughout last few years.
Not 5 minutes after the phone call I notice my wireless connection drop out. Logging in to my super hub confirms my WAN connection has dropped. Since then internet running really slow so do a speed test. see below,
